FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

OBJECTIVE OF APPOINTING FRANCHISES

At Easy Life Holidays, our primary goal is to deliver superior quality travel services with speed, reliability, and professionalism. To enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround time, the Management has decided to expand its presence by appointing dedicated franchise partners across India. This franchise model enables us to strengthen our network and serve customers efficiently while maintaining consistent service standards.

ABOUT THE FRANCHISEE

Easy Life Holidays (Easy Life Holiday info Pvt. Ltd). offers you the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing travel brand by establishing franchise outlets nationwide. Each franchise will provide a comprehensive range of travel-related services under one roof, making travel planning easy, reliable, and affordable for customers.

FRANCHISEE RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish a fully furnished outlet at a prime location as per company guidelines.
Bear all operational expenses including rent, electricity, internet, communication, and utilities.
Recruit and manage trained staff as advised by Easy Life Holidays.
Ensure smooth financial operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
Be solely responsible for profits, losses, taxes, and liabilities of the franchise.
Advance payment is mandatory for all purchases; credit facilities require maintaining a minimum balance or bank guarantee.

Association with leading national and international travel brands.
Access to a wide portfolio including holidays, flights, hotels, visas, cruises, MICE, and educational tours.
Complete technical and operational support.
Marketing assistance to generate leads and brand visibility.
Regular training programs for franchise staff.
Guidance in outlet setup and customer experience enhancement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Office space between 250 – 1000 sq. ft.
Preferably ground-floor, road-facing premises.
Ownership or minimum 5-year lease agreement.
Visible signage as per brand standards.
Initial capital investment of ₹10–15 Lakhs (excluding setup costs).

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

International Packages: 5%
Domestic Packages: 8%
Hotel Bookings: 7%
International Flights: 3% (Basic Fare)
Travel Insurance: Up to 25%
Group Bookings: Case-to-case basis

SALES & MARKETING

Franchisees are responsible for local promotions through newspapers, magazines, and digital platforms. Leads generated through the company website will be shared, with the franchisee contributing 25% towards website promotion expenses.
