Cancellation & Refund Policy
Package Payment Policy
(1) 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% shall be paid on arrival (first day of the tour).
(2) In case of non-payment of the balance amount, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
(3) Customers must carry the confirmation letter during travel, as it contains hotel details, cab information, and emergency contact numbers.
Payment Modes:
Payments can be made through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Wallets, or Cash Deposit at our offices or partner banks including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, PNB, BOI, and Yes Bank.
Service Notes:
(1) Packages can be customized as per customer requirements.
(2) AC may not function in hilly regions as per government regulations.
(3) Hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM (subject to hotel policy).
(4) Meals are served as per hotel timing; missed meals will not be compensated.
(5) Hotel categories depend on location and facilities, not on star classification alone.
(6) Sightseeing schedules may change due to weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.
(7) Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events shall be borne by the guest.
(8) The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for smooth execution of the tour.
(9) Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID during the journey.
(10) The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or technical issues.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
(1) No booking is considered confirmed until the advance payment is received.
(2) Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
(3) 50% advance amount is non-refundable if cancellation is done within 15 days of travel date.
(4) In case of genuine emergencies (death of a blood relative), partial refund may be considered after deducting service charges and third-party expenses, subject to document verification.
(5) Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
(6) Complimentary services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(7) The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment obligations are not met.
Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone):
(1) Requests for date changes must be made at least 15 days prior to travel.
(2) One free rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
(3) Additional changes may attract extra charges.
(4) Hotel and transport availability may vary based on season and demand.
(5) Advance amount remains valid for up to one year from the booking date for rescheduling purposes.
Jurisdiction:
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Manali, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India only.
